I’ll just write a short summary of what we are building.

Snapp Tickets is a simple ticket system for regular computer users. It is designed to be ultra simple and easy and is meant for small to medium businesses. It is meant as a simple solution for customer support tickets not necessarily related to programming issues. We are going to try to support a larger audience than just the programming world. We intend on building an ultra simple application that will either be a web service or an open source project, we have not worked out the details yet.

So far there isn’t any multiple upload tutorials out there yet. We will write a small tutorial for this shortly. Please be patient. This will also include a screencast.
